This session will delve into innovative policy solutions advocating for a shift toward evidence-based strategies that prioritize housing, mental health support, and personal responsibility. Alongside discussion of the recent Grants Pass Supreme Court decision, panelists will explore practical, humane alternatives to improve public safety, reduce chronic homelessness, and ensure local resources are used effectively to help the unhoused find stability and independence.
