Justin Stapley is Visiting Fellow at FREOPP and a graduate student at Utah Valley University, where he studies constitutional government, civics, and law. He is also the state director of the Utah Reagan Caucus and an infantry sergeant in the Idaho National Guard. He has previously been a research assistant and research fellow at UVU’s Center for Constitutional Studies in both the Quill Project and Federalism Index Project.
His commentary and analysis have appeared in local and national publications such as The Dispatch, Deseret News, Salt Lake Tribune, and Las Vegas Review-Journal. Justin currently lives in Bluffdale, Utah with his wife and four children.
