Hon. Marilinda Garcia

Hon. Marilinda Garcia joins FREOPP as Principal Federal Affairs Liaison. She was first elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives in 2006, at 23 years of age, and served four terms. In 2014, she won the Republican nomination for New Hampshire’s 2nd Congressional District. During her time in elected office, Marilinda focused on economic development, transparency, education, child welfare, and regulatory reform in healthcare and the innovation industry.

Ms. Garcia earned her B.A., cum laude, from Tufts University in 2006 and concurrently completed a B.M. with Academic Honors and Distinction in Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music. In 2010, she graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where she received a Master of Public Policy.

Before joining FREOPP, Ms. Garcia served as National Spokesperson for the LIBRE Initiative and Senior Federal Affairs Liaison at Americans for Prosperity for close to a decade.
